Symhonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks/Mariss Jansons: Arnold Schoenberg - Gurrelieder

This classical music performance release finds Latvian maestro Mariss Jansons leading the Chor und Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, in an interpretation of Arnold Sch?nberg's Gurre-Lieder for soloists, narrator, choruses and orchestra. Vocalists include soprano Deborah Voigt, mezzo-soprano Mihoko Fujimura, tenors Stig Andersen and Herwig Pecoraro, and baritone Michael Volle, with added support by the NDR Chor and MDR Rundfunkchor Leipzig.
