British Overseas Airways Corporation: The Definitive Newsreel History 1939-1974

British Overseas Airways Corporation grew out of Imperial Airways in 1939. This archive film covers an air-boat in 1946 to Concorde and the Boeing 707 and 747. The Viscount, Comet, Bristol Britannia and Lockheed Constellation all feature. BOAC survived until 1974, when BA was created.
