Harrigan [Blu-ray]

Set in 1974 in northern England, the country is suffering with power cuts and coal strikes and crime is becoming rampant. Due to the state of the country, everyone has been reduced to a 3 day working week which has caused communities to break down. It seems that the only hope of a small northern town is nearly retired Detective Sergeant Barry Harrigan.
