After an electrical thunder storm with hail stones the size of footballs hits the fictional London Borough of Wertham, a group of early-20s delinquents on community service get special powers. Follow them as they discover and learn to use their powers while struggling against the system. In this series, the gang have new powers and a new member, Rudy who has the power to split himself into two people, despite constantly being at odds with each other.
