Medea

Luigi Cheribini's three-act operatic tragedy +Medea comes to life in this October 5, 2008 production by the Teatro Regio in Torino. Anna Caterina Antonacci stars in the title role, with Giuseppe Filianote as Giasone and Cinzia Forte as Glauce. The Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro Regio provide musical accompaniment with Evelino Pido directing the orchestra and Roberto Gabbiani serving as chorus master. Hugo de Ana directs for the stage.
