The Teatro la Scala mounted this July 4, 1978 production of Romualdo Marenco's 1881 opera +Excelsior, set here to choreography by Luigi Manzitti, which was then revised, in turn, by Bruno Nicolai and Fiorenzo Carpi. The dancers in this production include Anna Razzi, Bruno Telloli, Carla Fracci and Paolo Bortoluzzi; The Orchestra and Ballet of the Teatro La Scala provide accompaniment.
