Europe and Iran: Perspectives on Non-Proliferation

This Report examines the EU's strategy to combat the spread of weapons of mass destruction in the context of Iranian internal security policy decision making. The Report highlights some of the problems and possibilities inherent in the EU's efforts to implement a more targeted, multifunctional strategy to prevent WMD proliferation.
