Action Learning and its Applications

Action Learning is the most effective and widely used approach to executive and management education as well as strategic development in business. It does have, however, many other uses and applications. This volume explores its applications in health care, government, the military, education, community and civic sector, organizational development, action research, future search, strategy, and the business community.
