About the Author

George M. Turner received his master of science from Brigham Young University and his juris doctor from University of California Los Angeles. He has been writing for professions for thirty-one years, all on the subject of trust law. His two primary texts on revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts were used for several years for graduate students at the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. In addition to his many other writings, he served as the executive officer for an international insurance company with offices in London and Guernsey. He has done extensive lecturing at five different universities.
