Michael Bruckheim focuses his law practice on DUI defense. He previously supervised DUI prosecutions in the District of Columbia before opening his law practice in April 2010. He has successfully completed trainings in all aspects of DUI defenses, including field sobriety testing, drug recognition analysis, breath analysis, and blood/urine analysis. Mr. Bruckheim is the District of Columbia Delegate for the National College of DUI Defense, and has published chapters in Inside the Minds: Witness Preparation and Examination for DUI Proceedings and Inside the Minds: Trends in DUI Discovery.
