Philosophy and Psychopathology

This volume contains articles about philosophy and psychopathology that were presented at a meeting held at the Department of Psychology, Harvard University from October 6th through 7th, 1989. The meeting, entitled, "Philosophical Issues in Psychopathology", served to facilitate discussions among specialists from different fields on topics of common interest. Some of the contributions include, 'Verbal Hallucinations and Pre-conscious Mentality', 'The Irrelevance of Rationality in Adaptive Behavior', and 'Limits of Irrationality'.
