Since 1974 a question and answer book was available to students at the Lutheran Student Center at Western Illinois University. Students were encouraged to write anonymously in this book their questions on any social, moral, or theological topic of concern to them, James T. Cumming, campus pastor at the center, assisted by Dr. Hans Moll, then wrote answers to the students' questions in this book.
