LIVING ON A SHOESTRING – WITH DIGNITY is the story of a West Virginia child whose family fell into poverty. Her unbelievable struggles to restore and provide dignity for her children lead to her life as an educator. Norma shares her skills that drew children to pursue a life with dignity.
