Chasing Fireflies

Violet Bowen did not want to die. But she did. Or at least she tried to die.

Written from the point of view of the distorted mind of a depressed young woman, Chasing Fireflies explores the perceptions of an unstable mind as Violet makes an odyssey of self-discovery; navigating through the consequences of her choices and the damaged wreckage of her relationships in the hopes of understanding who she is and how she arrived at the decision to commit suicide.

Through it all, she must decide if she's too broken to be saved, or if there's enough light in the darkness to find her way back home.
