Focused on Spirit: A Journal about Spiritual Gifts Serving Humanity

Focused on Spirit is one of Laura's journals, her personal 2012 shift, bringing into the world many of her spiritual realizations and worship in the last four or five years.

The purpose of this book is:
-To give many thanks, and to bring honor to the Divine
-To inspire you to seek your truth, to find your true knowing from a spiritual perspective of who you really are, of what this Universe is all about
-To inspire you to live a life of unity, respect for all creation, communion, and spiritual evolution
-To inspire you to find or follow your own spiritual bliss, and to participate fully in raising the vibration of the planet
-To inspire you to respect and to love everyone
-To reinforce the importance of spiritual tools we all have, and provide additional ones such as meditation techniques and empowering energetic expansion attunements that transformed my life
-To inspire you to see and live your life with its major events as a sacred ceremony
-To inspire you to nourish your pure heart

As a Reiki practitioner, I am presenting the healing art modality called Reiki as a way to give, to bless, to offer light, and to connect with Spirit. You will see this in many of the messages presented in Parts II & III.

About the structure of the book:
Parts I & II bring inspiration and spiritual oneness. Here are deep internal realizations and messages that I have received with the help of the spiritual tools described in Part III (chapter: How to stay focused on spirit?).

Part III tells that any spiritual essence that doesn't manifest in the world is incomplete, is not fulfilled and fit for life on Earth. We do not seek spiritual essence just to be happy in our hearts, and continue to live an ordinary life. We seek a whole life, where the physical and spiritual existence reach harmony and conscious coexistence.

In Part IV there are the most profound experiences of my life, during sacred shamanic ceremonies. Universal truth is presented to me while experiencing life from a pure spiritual perspective. These experiences are presented just the way they were; however, no words could fully describe their depth. They are now available to you as a source of inspiration.

Many people might never encounter a direct connection or a profound exploration of spiritual practices that they didn't grow up with. In other words, a Christian might always be connected only with Christianity, a Buddhist might always be connected only with Buddhism, and a Hindu might always be connected only with Hinduism in this lifetime, and so on and so forth.

Focused on Spirit is not about religion, and it's not about promoting one belief system or another. This book is about being present, it's about respect, gratefulness, and acknowledgement of all manifestations of Spirit: the Divine we find at the core of any religion, and the Divine we find in our hearts.
