Oil and politics do mix in Washington. Soon after the 2003 Iraq War begins, Jill Boyd, a young activist in Los Angeles receives a mysterious document in response to a Freedom of Information Act request to the Department of Energy in Washington, D.C. She soon finds her ex back in her life and discovers that he's been involved in the same affairs, but with a few twists. He raves to her about Prometheus, free energy, and radical democracy. She soon finds that they are both being pursued by shadowy agents who are very interested in the documents she obtained...
