Heart of the Storm

In a small Mexican village surrounded by lush jungle live 2 sisters, Veronica and Gloria. Gloria, the older sister, has always been the beautiful one who every man desires. Unfortunately, her personality does not match her beauty, and she is vapid as she is cruel. Veronica, on the other hand, is the quiet mousy type, but has a heart of gold.

When they were younger, Veronica was in a serious relationship with Javier, until one day they had a fight. Veronica begs Gloria to talk to Javier for her. Unfortunately, she does more than talk to him and ends up stealing her love right from under Veronica's nose.

Years later Veronica darkens Gloria's doorstep. Her sister though, is frightfully different from the girl she once was--confident, almost magnetic. She also senses that her sister is here for more than just a visit--noticing the undeniable chemistry between Veronica and Javier.

Gloria realizes she not only stands to lose the lifestyle that Javier has provided her with but could now lose everything.
