Ms. Frizzle's class is studying electricity, when a thunderstorm hits. Suddenly there's a blackout! "Let's find out what happened!" says the Friz, and the kids are off on another unusual field trip. Once they find the broken power line - and zoom away from there fast! - Ms. Frizzle's visiting niece, Dottie, gets a bright idea: why don't they visit the power plant?
