REMEMBRANCES a Tripartite Memoir

This memoir is organized in three parts. The first part is autobiographical, covering my youth in the Midwest, service in the Army Air Corps during WWII, and my college years.

I married while in college, and spent the next fifty years working in highly technical engineering areas while raising, with my wife, five children, pursuing an advanced degree, and teaching part time.

The second part is a more detailed description of my engineering career in two very technical fields. I worked on improving the atomic bomb at Los Alamos and in the emerging technology of inertial navigation and radar in California.

The third part describes my part time teaching at the college level, substitute teaching at the high school level, and tutoring at the elementary through college levels.
