Lady Belle Moore is a diamond in one of the roughest cities in the country. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland; Lady has the combination of street smarts, "killer" style, and intelligence that would allow anyone to survive anything. She grew up in an environment where drugs, fast money, fast women, and broken dreams were introduced to her way before she could pronounce her first words.
