That Life

Set in the mid-eithties this thrilling and heart-felt story follows two childhood friends, Kamari and Mink. One scarred by poverty and love, the other by fatherlessness and a mother's addiction. Together they find themselves entrenched in a life that is easily accessible to many young people when choices are limited and dreams are lost or die out-right in young eyes that have been scorned by the images and conditions of their environments, forcing them to make life choices without fully understanding life.
