The Only Red Star I Liked Was a Starfish

This collection of stories are written from the perspective of the Cuban-American diaspora from the children's point of view. The themes range from the universal (interpersonal relationships, understanding and adjustment to a different culture, generational conflict) to the unique (children face to face with totalitarianism).
