Ciel & the Power of Prayer

This is the journey of Ciel, a young girl with the goal of teaching others about the love of Jesus. Her friends will hear about how Jesus loves them, heals them, and watches over them, and Ciel might even experience His hand too. Through prayer and communication, they can find help to their problems through God.

This book in an introductory to prayer in a child’s life using an everyday approach to help with common problems a child might experience. Something is missing in our culture and it is my opinion that it is prayer. We all go through pain in our lives. It rains on the just and unjust alike. It's how we deal with these problems that determine how our lives are affected.

Pain has a way of manifesting itself differently in people. Some express it as anger, some as sadness and depression, others act out sexually. These problems, when left untreated, can compound on each other until one day they do find themselves turning to alcohol or theft or suicide as an escape. It has a snowball effect. The sooner we can teach our young children to take their problems to God, the more pain we can save them later on in life.
