What Andy Rooney was for the United States of America in the 1980s, Peter Essoka is for Cameroon today. Uncle 'P' as many have referred to him, has thrilled, challenged, and educated many radio listeners through his "Reflections" for many years... While a good part of the world has chosen wars that destroy, the likes of Peter Essoka opted for the war that brings life. We also note that the author has reflected on many other topics which could be the subjects of other books.
For now we recommend the current collection to every eager reader. You will not regret in the end.

When Uncle P. asked me to write about this work, I asked myself if I could ever find time in my busy schedule to read this collection. I kept the script for about a week without touching it. One Friday evening I just opened it to see what was in it. I did not put it down till I read the final line. That weekend was spent reading Journeying to my Emmaus'. It is a book you cannot afford to not to read.
We all need food for our minds. When you read this collection, you will be fulfilled.
