Ella B. Bella has spent the entire summer perfecting her Grandma's secret chocolate chip cookie recipe! She is determined to win the grand prize ribbon at this year's county fair, but to get there she'll have to get past Cinnamon Coffey, the competition's most privileged and rudest contestant.
