"A Love Letter to Me" brings together the voices of women in modern America in a moving illustration of what it means to be asked to overcome, constantly. The book focuses on building healthy self-esteem for women and girls. The goal is to set achievable personal, social, and academic goals. We provide support by mentoring and using testimonies of and by women and girls who overcame adversity in their own lives.
