In Deranged 2, Nikki was armed and very dangerous. Nikki had gone beyond the psychotic rage of dismembering bodies to defecating in a man's mouth and severing the spinal cord, relieving tissue to a woman's back. All this rage because of Jeremy Bland; a man she couldn't have. Therefore, Nikki sentenced him to death.

Now, In Deranged 3, new blood has surfaced into Nikki's world. A family secret has arisen leaving Nikki curious about the notorious evil twins from Jackson, Mississippi who's terrorizing the city with brutal killings. Who is Roman and Jada Jones? The more Nikki discovers about this so called family secret, the more entwined she becomes to join them. Their mentality was exactly like hers; to kill or be killed, even family when necessary. Roman and Jada Jones have taken DERANGED to a higher level of brutality.
