February 30 The Series: NOW IS THE TIME TO LEAP Part I

In this book, I will share with you retrospective thoughts on my son's autism diagnosis, life lessons that I have learned, and pages to start your very own self-improvement journal. In the journey of life, we encounter many unexpected situations and challenges. We can turn these challenges into something meaningful, as I have done since my son's diagnosis. Life can be so fast-paced that we often forget to "stop and smell the roses." Meanwhile our health, wellness, finances, relationships, education system, faith and values seem to be less of a priority. In the journal, there are topics we can focus on as we begin to "live life to the fullest." Your New Year's Resolution does not have to start on January 1st. It can start NOW. Let's all strive to do better, change our lifestyles, and ultimately change our lives TODAY. The change starts with you!
