Neap Tide takes the reader on a journey deep into the land of twenty-four foot tides, gaily painted but deceptively dangerous fishing boats, and submerged prejudices that surface when least expected.
A New Englander and full-time resident of Maine's Washington County, the author drew on personal experience in crafting this novel.
