Down the Halls and Into the Street is a snapshot of a time and place we're not supposed to remember if we were really there, but San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury in the so-called "Summer of Love" was an experience not easily forgotten. There really was "something in the air".

Love it or hate it, the generation which came of age under the influence of Free Love, psychedelic drugs and acid rock has, in part, created our modern culture.
