Beyond The Walls: Participant Workbook: Equipping students to leave school without leaving their faith.

Many Christian students are experiencing significant frustration and disillusionment in their walk with God. A primary reason is that the emphasis, curriculum, and the majority of spiritual growth assessments focus on measuring outcomes rather than causes of spiritual growth.
PLEASE NOTE: This is the participant workbook and is intended for use with the online-course or live inservice.
The purpose of this in-service is to identify the biblical definition of spiritual maturity and train teachers to equip students to identify, respond, and follow Christ's measurable path for spiritual growth; leading them to reflect Christ in and through their lives.

You will:
- Identify in Scripture a clear, measureable definition of a healthy, spiritually mature disciple of Jesus.

- Identify in Scripture a clear Christ-centered path with specific manageable steps for growth.

- Learn how to equip students to identify from Scripture what is expected of them at each step in the growth process.

- Be equipped to clearly identify students' spiritual needs and spiritual growth barriers at each step in order to get the help and support they need.

- Identify the difference between causes and outcomes of spiritual growth.
You will receive resources that:

- Equip you with a tool to equip students to measure and manage their spiritual growth.

- Outline Christ's process to move people beyond information into lasting transformation, and equip individuals with a process to create a personal discipleship plan.
