Kristen's Bears

This book tells the story of Kristen, a girl who could never have enough stuffed bears. So much so, that they overtook her bedroom. Her mother suggested donating some of the bears to children in hospitals where they could be loved. The story is easy enough for a child to read on their own, or read by a parent to share the story of excess and good deeds. The illustrations are charming and help the story come alive.
