The Starving Artist

"I walked down the hallway and look in the side bedroom. All my stuff was still there, plus all the little stuff I had in the main room of the house. My fedora was sitting right there with the rest. It has never been moved from the doorbell box before. Noticing this instantly threw up red flags in my mind. I kept thinking, "What's going on? This is weird.""

Art has been around since the dawn of time. Since man scratched a line in sand. The world could not exist without art, and yet artists are made to suffer and starve for more. Art is more than just paint and assembly, and yet most of society forgets about real art. Society is more focused on someone's voice and how many records that person can sell. Society just doesn't notice the diamond in the rough; the one that stands out amongst the rest, who could really take humanity to the next level.
