Jack Devereux isn't your everyday normal cop. After a chance encounter with a succubus and a demon in an alleyway, he finds himself in bad company with monsters, angels, and a group of crazed angels looking for revenge. Couple that with a new passenger, an ancient spirit of voodoo, in his head, along with some new powers he doesn't quite grasp, he's in for a rough ride.
If all that wasn't enough, he now has to work for a clandestine branch of government that monitors all supernatural activity in the world, and his new boss is king of the angels.
