Another Lid to a Potless Existence is a collection of free verse poetry that captures the essence of a young adult journey by exploring themes such as hope, happiness, sadness, and suicide. The poems touch on substances, insecurities, society, nature, and even talent - or lack thereof. It includes humorous pieces about a pumpkin's rump and cold, chunky hot chocolate, painful topics such as illiteracy and the holocaust, and three poems based off the beautiful photography by Peter Voerman. This special edition features a copy of "The List" which, written with fellow writer and friend Brooke James, is a short manifest and metaphor exploring the search for appreciation, strength, and sanity.
