Has your child suffered a traumatic event like the death of a relative, friend, pet or witnessed something terrible? Not sure what's going on with your child, but need help getting to the heart of the matter? Then this activity book is for you! A Brighter Tomorrow is designed to help parents build bridges with children in their time of need. Because this activity book is non-specific, it can be used for many different situations such as dealing with a death, moving, witnessing violence (in and out of the home) and more. With the use of guided, age-appropriate art therapy and writing activities, parents can work directly with their children to help them understand more about their emotions, needs, and strengths as they navigate traumatic events as well as other emotional times in their lives.
A Brighter Tomorrow is written by school counselor and parent Erainna Winnett, Ed.S., who uses her twenty years of working with children ages 6 to 12 to help parents deal with the traumatic issues children may face in the 21st century.
Get started today so your child can get back to being a happy, healthy kid.
