Lorisse's Dog Training

Lorisse wants to teach her dog, Marie, some tricks, just like a real circus dog. She knows training will be hard work, so she buys lots of dog treats and makes a training schedule-a new trick a day, with an extra day for practice.

Marie's a smart dog, and Lorisse is a good trainer. Soon Marie can perform six tricks. Lorisse is very proud of Marie, and Mom and Dad are very impressed with both of them.

When the local playhouse asks Lorisse to get on stage and have Marie perform, it feels a bit frightening with all those people watching. It's a good thing Marie and Lorisse put in all that practice!
