How is it possible that indoctrination is distributed to unborn African babies much that when they are born the system of indoctrination is already waiting for them and they become a part of it from day one?

Those are some of the athletic questions the author grapples with in the book in response to what he believes is the perpetual failing "black social progress". Message to a Blackman in Africa is therefore, a deleterious prospect against mental sickness and a proponent of a newly found national but Black-centred Consciousness.
