Abstracts of the Land Records of Albany County, New York 1774-1797: Including Tax Lists for 1779

This book abstracts the deed records for Albany County, New York for the years 1774-1797, spanning volumes 10 through 16. Included in these abstracts is the fifteenth volume of land records, showing land assignments for bounty lands granted to Revolutionary War soldiers in western New York. Also presented in this book are abstracts of the March 1779 tax lists for the districts of Albany County. The book includes a full name index, and abstracts of geographical names, persons, and genealogical information from each record.
