The Soundtrack

A teenager in New Jersey escapes from his unhappy, daily drama through music and wishes his life were more like a movie, complete with a soundtrack and magical scenes. When his life unravels after a wild high school party, he takes a trip to New York City, where he's sure that he'll find the life he's been looking for. Instead, he finds that real life, no matter where, is much worse and much better than anything he could have imagined.
