Johanne Chandler Renbeck (November 29, 1942-March 7, 2013) was a visual artist born in *Boston, Massachusetts*, who lived in New York State's Hudson Valley. Known most recently for her innovative book art and wearable books (see her website www.johannerenbeck.com) she identified herself as an artist but was clearly also an accomplished poet.
