The D-String Book for Violin

Teaching and using only the notes on the violin D string, this book is especially helpful as a note-reading method for young students or as a supplement for students who struggle to read notes. The book starts with the open D string and adds one note at a time, using short exercises and pieces to help the student focus on remembering specific notes.
