Matters of the Heart

Reflect back into the past, do you see then what you see now? Or is there a cloud of what used to be? How many times are we going through life holding on to the past still seeing clearly the hurts and pains, re-living our heart breaks, our fears, our tears. People may say it's just life but I'm here to say it could be "Matters of the Heart" that aren't meant to be forgotten or tossed away.
