Beyond the Generation of Vipers: The Correlation Between Student Achievement and Parental Support in Public Schools

This book is about the correlation between student achievement and parental support in public schools. In the past thirty years, I have noticed a huge change in the attitudes of mothers regarding the negative behavior of their children.

Long ago, when concerns came up regarding a student's behavior, attendance, or academics, a conference would be held. The parent would be very supportive, usually say there would be a change in the student's behavior, and then thank the teacher for being concerned about her child. In those days, there was high respect for teachers.

The first five chapters of this book are about women I refer to as "mothers from hell." The last chapter is about women I refer to as "mothers from heaven."
