Just the Honeymoon

Kara Gomez is on the last days of her student visa to the United States, searching desperately for a way keep her legal status, when she meets Dan McCoy, a successful financial advisor and charismatic radio personality who sweeps her off her feet.

Kara and Dan, despite their seventeen year age difference, fall hard for one another. They click on every level: Personality. Humor. Sex.

They find love, but it is marriage that Kara needs if she wants to remain in the U.S. and continue to send money back home to her family in Tijuana. The problem is, Dan is determined to remain a lifelong bachelor and has no desire for children.

When Kara tells Dan of her dilemma, he comes up with a unique solution - He will "fake marry" her so that she can obtain her green card, but they will remain uncommitted in the long term. That way, Kara can one day have the family she desires with someone else.

Can their love survive the complications of such an arrangement? Or will it wither and fade under the pressure of faking a marriage and trying to have just the honeymoon?
