The Slaves of Lake Nasser

After receiving the manuscript for The Slaves of Lake Nasser and learning more about the author, I knew that not only would we publish Frances Garry's story, but we would publish it exactly as it was delivered to us. We would not change her story in any way; we would not add a single comma or fix spelling errors or anything else for that matter.

I wanted to preserve the story exactly as Frances had created it. I wanted you to read her words, to hear her voice, without any interference from us.
I hope you the reader are as moved as I was when I first read The Slaves of Lake Nasser.

p.s. Frances did have some help editing the story from Zoe Avalon, but the note from Frances, which follows, is exactly as she created it. Also, the font used in this book is the one Frances used in the original manuscript and asked that it be used in the book as well.
