For Zacky: Where is the Accountability When a Child Drowns?

In For Zacky, a grandmother recounts the tragedy of the death of a precious grandson drowning in a backyard swimming pool during his visit to a relative's home and the subsequent betrayal of him by police who failed to adequately investigate, and by those who were supposed to keep him safe.
