The Girl In The White Mask

Back when the world still seemed conquerable, Robin Avery had an idea of what her life would be like. But that was before she decided to have a kid in high school. Now, with just two days to April's middle school graduation, Robin is jobless and depressed. Nothing seems to be going right for her. But when tragedy strikes, stealing everything good in her life away from her, Robin's world shatters.

On the night of the funeral, she begins to notice strange things occurring around her apartment. No one believes her when she tells them of the otherworldly creatures that hover outside her window and the fire that forces her out of her home. It is when a girl in a white mask starts to appear that Robin questions her own sanity. Between trips to the psych ward and her parents' house, nothing feels real to her. Robin just wants to believe it's her imagination. But when the girl begins asking for help, she isn't sure what to think. Is the Girl in the White Mask real? If her shrinks are to be trusted, Robin's just suffering from PTSD. But then why does she feel this girl breathing on her when she sleeps? Why does this girl appear in the middle of the night when no one else can see her?
