A Never-Give-Up Heart: Pursuing God's Design for the Special-Needs Family

A heart that never gives up is something that all parents and all kids need, but especially those who face extra difficult challenges. A Never-Give-Up Heart was written in two parts: Part one is to encourage parents to persevere in having joy, showing unconditional love, providing boundaries, and hanging in there during hard times. Part two is to help parents encourage their children in the areas of character, perseverance, and even physical health. There is a study guide included in this book (questions at the end of each chapter) that is ideal for use in support groups of parents/moms who desire to have uplifting yet realistic material to guide a group discussion. Appendix B gives help in how to begin such a group.
