Charlie moved to NH after Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans, LA. When a new dog moves into the neighborhood, Charlie tries to make him feel welcomed. But Tucker is angry and doesn't want to be friends...that is, until the day Charlie finds Tucker in quite a predicament.
